Awesome Exercise & Yoga Mat
I picked up this ATMAN SPIRIT Thick Premium Yoga Mat to use while staying at a friend’s for a short time. When the mat arrived, I was absolutely impressed with how thick, large, and beautiful this mat is. When I rolled it out it was kinda like a large mouse pad, the base is made of a foam core, and the top is made of a rubbery material. When on the hard tile floor, it sticks perfectly and doesn’t slide around.Overall, I love this yoga mat! The image on it, how large and thick it is, makes it perfect for my needs.

A little more cushion goes a long way!
My mom has fibromyalgia and complains about her knees and elbows when doing yoga as her skin and joints are extra sensitive. This mat has changed the game for her! A little more cushion did the trick! Definitely on the pricier side but itâs worth the money for the professional quality.

Much much better than you average budget mat
Some of the budget yoga mats I’ve used are thicker but use a much softer foam that doesn’t necessarily work as well. You can tell the difference right away just based on the overall weight of this mat as compared to others – this one is heavier. This padding is a little thinner than a thick foam mat but provides a nice cushion on impact so hitting your knees and elbows as you workout is kept comfortable.The price on this is noticeably higher then many others. I think the material is going to make this last longer though.

Thick and high quality
I decided to get this yoga mat because Iâm tired of using the ones the gym that are flat thin and worn. And holy heck this yoga mat is amazing. It is extremely thick, so that your elbows on your knees donât bite into the fabric and hurt on the floor underneath. Also, itâs extra long so you donât have to worry about your feet slipping. Definitely amazing for anybody that does yoga or is doing planks, ab, workouts, or push-ups.

Has a commercial feel, weight, and thickness
When this arrived I actually wondered what it was as the box was much heavier than I expected. Once I got it out and unwrapped I was immediately struck by how “commercial use” the build of this thing is. It’s much much thicker and provided much more padding than your typical yoga mat. It was especially noticed when on a single knee or elbow. No weird smells and the writing (“Home is where my mat is”) was kind of clever.I keep mine at home so the weight and wording are both better than my other versions.

I purchased this yoga mat to use while I am exercising at home. Oh my goodness! This mat is so much better in real life. The mat is super thick and the material is super strong and sturdy. I like the flexibility of the mat and how it stays in one place on the floor. It is very easy to clean and maintain. The quality is amazing for the price.

Surprisingly sticky with fun colors
When I first rolled out this mat, I thought, this thing feels slippery. Boy was I wrong. It has a very smooth texture but somehow works beautifully. The colors are zen and soothing. Itâs lightweight and easy to transport. And, itâs a little longer than a standard mat. Iâm a fan.
