The Anchor Gym wall or door mounted system is the next generation home fitness solution.
Our story
How we got our start The Anchor gym was forged out of necessity & survival. Finding a fitness system that could anchor all gym accessories was impossible. Rather than settle for less, we decided to invent one! U.S based, family owned, company in business since 2007 What makes our product unique The Anchor Gym delivers four key training protocols: (1) Resistance Band/Tube Training; (2) Suspension Exercises; (3) Stretching with Straps and (4) Large Loop Bands. Hundreds of different exercises and stretches can be performed on a single system. Why we love what we do After surviving stage 3 cancer, Shawn Finnegan made it his mission to stay strong and to help as many folks as possible get healthy and fit. That’s why he made the Anchor Gym so versatile and affordable.
SIMPLE & EASY TO USE: Clamps over your door, finger tighten, and you’re ready to exercise!
VERSATILE: Attach all types of resistance bands, body weights, pulleys, yoga and stretch straps to this door anchor. Allows for a variety of angles and hundreds of exercises for a great, full body workout in the comfort of your home. Takes up to ZERO floor space when not exercising!
STURDY & DURABLE: The solid steel anchor hook can support a load up to 300 lbs but the strength of your door will determine the maximum load that can be supported. The patented safety hook protrudes out 2 inches with a gap large enough to easily attach any accessory. Clamps adjusts to fit all common door thicknesses; adjustment range: 1.75″ to 1.25″
FIT IN 90 PERCENT OF DOORS: Requires gap of about 1/8″ between top of door and door frame (we’ve found that this clamp fits 90% of the doors we’ve tested). If you’re wondering if this gap is wide enough, try this experiment: if you can slide a stack of 4 credit cards between the door and the frame, then the anchor will fit. Hook can also be clamped to the bottom of door and (in some cases) it can be mounted to the side of the door.
HIGHLY COMPATIBLE: This anchor features the patented safety hook, designed for ease of use. No fasteners or clip hooks required! SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: We believe you will love this Anchor Gym Door Mini H1 and is backed by a 100% lifetime warranty with satisfaction guaranteed!

High quality and definitely worth it
I mounted one of these to the top of my door and one of these to the bottom of my door. I have 220 lb in bands but I’m only putting probably a hundred pounds through these mounts so far. If you install them properly they are rock solid and great for doing tricep extensions and curls and rows and pull downs and anything else you can conjure. It’s nice that they don’t actually incur any damage to my door or my door frame when using them.Quality-wise they are extremely well-built. Very quality steel and great paint and they’re extremely simple to install with the little thumb twist

Good product
They are good and work on my doors in Cyprus but not the Russian Made doors here in Afghan. 🙁 And make sure you read the note not to over tighten. Thats important. Just saying.

Well made (though I couldnât use them the way Iâd hoped)
Theyâre well designed and sturdy. My only problem with them is that they donât work on the door I was hoping to use them on. It makes sense whyâitâs important to mount them on the side of the door that pulls closed, not the side that pulls open. Itâs a safety feature. I have reasons why doing the latter is safe in my case. But the hooks are designed in such a way that they literally canât be mounted that way. My loss. That said, overall theyâre great. Just be clear about how you plan to mount them.

The best door hanger for resistance bands.
I’ve used a bunch different kinds of door anchors but this is easily my favorite. It’s small form factor means you can just leave it on the door when you’re not using it and no one seems to notice. It holds well and it can adjust to a variety of door sizes. This would be an easy attachment to anything heavy you have lying around the house. I attached it to my exercise bike while my wife was riding as an example.

Work well
I use resistance band loops and these are great with them. You can place the band quickly as needed. A little expensive.

Solid and Sturdy Anchor
The anchor is solid, sturdy and well made. That said, it is just a bit too thick. I have the opening as wide as it can go and I can barely get it situated on my door. Once there, I am then unable to close the door completely. It is not a deal breaker, but a little annoying.
