New Daily Routine
I was looking to find something that could help alleviate some back pain and also my stress and anxiety. This Acupressure mat has done both.Being a first time user of an Acupressure mat I was nervous that it would be super painful but it was actually comfortable and I could feel my stress and tension just go away. I first used it with a t shirt but felt that was not allowing me to fully get the benefits of the mat so then just used a very thin layer of clothing and it has been great. I have made this part of my daily routine so I can rest better at night.I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

My morning routine now includes my Acubliss!
I initially started looking for a mat to alleviate back pain due to an injury from years ago. While I love getting an adjustment from my chiropractor, the cost and time it took was not doable for me. This has helped me reduce the amount of visits to my chiropractor and I could not be more pleased!I have used several acupressure mats and this one is by far the most comfortable! This mat hits all the right areas to help alleviate stress and sore muscles post-workout. I love it so much itâs officially part of my morning routine!
