Migraine sufferers bestie
I had a nasty car wreck many years ago that left permanent damage to my cervical spine, which gives me chronic tension/fluid buildup and migraines. I have gone through several of these accupressure neck pillows; laying on this for 10-20 minutes a few times throughout the week seems to keep my neck tension ‘normal’ down & my chiropractor tells me she notices it’s then easier to manipulate. Laying on this in the throes of a migraine has also helped provide some relief. Use caution when sleeping while using this pillow – I’m a typical side-sleeper & forgot I was laying on this when I fell asleep on my back … almost lost an eye when I rolled over.

I bought this after trying the mat and it doesn’t disappoint. I fall asleep on this thing just like the mat. It’s the same quality as the Shakti mat I have. I def recommend this if you’re looking to relieve stress, tension, and mild headaches.I have the most vivid dreams after using this and/or the mat.

Really supportive
I love anything acupressure. This one is really supportive, so the spokes really dig in. Not for wimpy people. I fall asleep with it at night and itâs super relaxing. I gave it 4 stars because itâs a little too stiff, but overall I like it.

Foam is very firm
Foam is too firm for me. I ended up taking the cover off and putting it on my old neck roll instead

Helps get rid of migraines!!
This is the third time Iâve bought one of these pillows. Iâll use it until itâs too flat and Iâll buy another. I use the flat one when I have other sore muscles.

The foam is. It hard e ought and will get flat as the mat.
