Acupressure is a hands-on technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body. It may help stimulate blood circulation and induce relaxation, and it can be used on the floor or placed on a surface. It serves as a therapeutic tool and may also support the immune system.
Sujok therapy focuses on acupressure points of the hands and feet. To use the ring, wear it on different fingers and roll it in and out repeatedly. 1. TC-FL

Bizarre, interesting, but not for me.
This has to be one of the most bizarre items I’ve ever ordered, yet when you read the materials and apply the tools, it sort of makes sense. Obviously, this item is not for everyone as you have to really enjoy this type of self-stimulation. Cheaply made through and through, this cacophony of acu-therapy tools, along with the Powermat 4000 will keep you occupied for about one hour or until you just had about enough of the nonsense. Everything from the tongue toner to the Su-Jok ring is a one and done type of item. Nothing, TO INCLUDE THE POWERMAT 4000, feels good enough to want to use it for a second time, yet you will, just to reassure yourself that this is all so way over the top. The instruction and information is fantastic because it gives you the understanding of why you are applying this type of therapy, But, I feel you have to be a very specific type of person to like the uncomfortable feeling this device gives. It is not pleasurable when you first or ever use it, and quite honestly I don’t think it’s designed to be pleasurable. It is a 100% stimulation product that will most likely end up in the trash.

  2. Summer

Takes some getting used to but worth it.
Reviewing TAROOSH Acupressure Mat Family Kit, I mainly ordered this for the mat. Acupressure mats can be expensive, and this is on the smaller side, but it’s inexpensive. If you stick with it, it’s great and really does help with pain relief. The other items are a lot to get used to. Some of them, I still don’t know what they are for (pic of extra’s attached). I needed to read the guide that came with it to learn about some of them, but unfortunately, not everything is included in the guide. Since I mainly use the feet soles & mat, the other stuff is just extra to me. You will need to adjust to the mat. It’s hard, hard plastic, so you might need to start out wearing sock, then gradually going with thinner and thinner socks. 5 minutes a day should do it.Some of them seem more useful than others but to me, the mat alone is valued at $30. My only complaint is that it seems pricey being a bunch of hard plastic devices. Well, and that not everything is explained, so two complaints. Removing one star for that.
