Ordered this as a gift – the first one arrived damaged but the seller immediately sent a new one. The recipient loved this mat – one side has traditional yoga poses and the other side has stretches. She said it is great, very good good concept, and nice quality mat.

Great for the Yoga beginner
The mat is great for the beginning Yoga student – especially if you aren’t quite ready to join a class full of other people. All the yoga poses are printed on the mat and are easy to follow.The mat itself is thick enough when placed on a rug. I started out putting it on the hardwood floor and it wasn’t very comfortable. Once placed on a rug, it was much better. It’s very long and I had no trouble fitting on the mat.It seems a little pricier than other yoga mats… maybe because of the printed poses? Otherwise, I am happy with the mat, it rolls and stores quite well, and once I am ready to join that class it will be easy to carry.
