I am 63, live on 2 acres with 2 horses and 2 very high energy dogs. I walk about 7 miles per day and always thought I was in pretty good shape. Never, did I expect to find this 28 day workout a challenge! I was very surprised that every evening I could feel the effects of the days exercise. Really happy I decided to do this.One thing that would be nice would be to have the page numbers marked in the daily activity. It takes me longer to find the illustrations and instructions than it takes to do the workout..Would be nice to follow a video to make sure I’m doing this correctly.
