Yoga mat and, possibly, kitchen counters, too??
So…I got lucky with this one. I’ve been looking for a good yoga mat cleaner because, apparently, it’s something that people at yoga studios do. Never thought about that because I’ve always had my own mat. But after attending a couple of yoga classes and saw someone use this spray to clean her mat, I asked if I could try it. The lady was very nice and said yes. Let’s just say that, after I sprayed it on my mat, the fresh scent of it immediately made me think “Oh, i would never let a stranger sample this stuff. They can get their OWN!” Again, that’s just me. I am like this with stuff that smell great and food in general. Luckily, Amazon carries it so I was able to get free 2 day shipping with Prime. I literally just received, so, instead of waiting till I get home, I am going to clean my mats NOW! …and make the office smell nice at the same time! Will try it on my kitchen and bathroom counters too….I am done with the scent of 409 :-p

Smells great, great yoga mat cleaner!
Smells great, keeps my Lulu mat clean, I love it! I’ve had other yoga mat cleaners that worked well, but the spray function was awful. I love the spray of this mat cleaner and I feel like it will last me a long time!

Leaves mat slick
The product does smell good. It does clean my mat of my hand & foot streaks, & sweat. HOWEVER, it leaves a residue on my Manduka eko mat that makes my hands & feet slip after use of the product. Unfortunately, unless youâre using a yoga towel on your mat or unless youâre not doing many hand poses, this product might not be for you. Maybe other mat brands & styles would work better with it? It even made my yoga jellies slip. Totally bummed.

not sure if it will kill viruses and germs but it smells great
This is a good yoga mat cleaner and will leave it smelling nice and refreshed (or rid of any post work out odors). It isn’t a strong eucalyptus scent but still smells wonderful. It made my mat smell refreshed and even managed to make me feel relaxed just from the whiff of it. It didn’t make my mat sticky or slippery afterwards. All that said, I wasn’t sure how well this works to kill any bacteria on my mat as it doesn’t say it kills viruses/bacteria. I wasn’t sure if this spray was more of a product to fragrance/cover any post workout smell or if it is for killing germs on the surface, or both. It says this “naturally cleans your mat of bacteria” but doesn’t say how much – could be 10%? 20%? or 99%? I still plan to wipe down my mat with some stronger virus killing stuff (99%) but will use this more to fragrance my mat afterwards. I didn’t see the ingredients list posted on this page or anywhere so here is the list off the product packaging:Ingredients:Aqua (water), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Alcohol Denat, Hamamelis Virginiana Bark/Leaf (Witch Hazel Extract), Capryl/Capramidopropyl Betaine, Parfum (Fragrance).

Takes the slipperiness off my yoga mat! And cleans really well too!
Another reviewer said this made their mat slippery. That is not what I have experienced, in fact quite the opposite. It totally removes and oil from lotions/creams and really helps with my yoga practice because it removes the slip and gets the mat back to itâs natural stickiness so my feet and hands donât slip around! It even gets in the crevices of the mat and makes the mat sparkling clean! Love it!!It is a wonderful scent and in my opinion not too strong, but enough scent that it leaves the mat with a clean, refreshing eucalyptus scent. At first I thought the scent was peppermint, but I think it might be combination of both, plus very clean smelling. The ingredients say it has âparfumâ not essential oils, but they have done a good job with the scent, because it smells like real essential oils.One thing about this cleanser is it will also kill viruses because it contains âAlcohol Denatâ. Itâs not overly alcohol feeling and does not smell like alcohol, but thereâs enough in there that is works great for coronavirus and others types of germs. The product is well-balanced with water, aloe vera, and witch hazel so it is a very natural cleaning product with no funky, harsh chemicals. I think the alcohol also helps with removing oils from the mat like I mentioned earlier.The bottle is quite big and I think it is intended to be used by a yoga studio. If you own a yoga studio this is a delightful product. You can ask your students to leave their mats out and your staff can go around and spray the mats. I use a dry mop to scrub my mat and that works quite well since you donât have to bend down and scrub.This is a huge bottle (32 oz) and a little bit goes along way, so this bottle will last a long time. The spray head is very good quality and you have your choice of a fine mist or a directed stream (which is nice for areas of the mat that have a lot of dirt).I use this at home on my big oversized yoga mat that I have out in my living room. I keep it unrolled and then use a cotton quilt as my living room rug. I clean the mat with this spray and then after it dries, I layout the cotton quilt and it keeps the mat clean until my next yoga practice.Iâve included some photos of my mat so you can see how nice and clean it is. This spray is fantastic and I am so glad to have found it! I think the price is reasonable for the quality ingredients and how effective it is specifically for yoga mats. I do admit, I use this on my floors and even counter tops too because it cleans so well and smells wonderful!This is definitely a 5-star product, plus it is made in the USA, Bravo!!!

Scent Is Just Ok
I love products that contain essential oils, however, this Cuccio Somatology Yoga Sani Spray Cleanser, 32 ounces, I thought that the scent was just fair, not great. It did an ok job of basic cleaning, but I had an issue with the sprayer, so that it had an issue spraying correctly, so that the spray kept dripping from the bottle. I did check that the bottle was closed tightly, and set on Spray.I don’t do yoga, but I do plenty of cleaning. I use essential oils daily. Frankly, there are other cleaners I like better, that clean just as well as this product, that smell better than this product does.
