Best blocks on the market.
I practice yoga at least three times a week, so I want the best equipment as well. Manduka is known for its quality, thus also pricey products. These blocks were reasonable and they are sturdy, light and stable. That’s all, I was asking for and Manduka delivered once again.

Can’t live without it
Works great to roll out neck muscles. Block is a must have for any yogi. It feels solid and feels great for sitting in meditation.

As someone who has osteoarthritis my wrists, Iâve been looking for a larger sized yoga blocks to use as elbow/forearm rests – as an alternative way of doing cat-cow pose (and some other poses). Normally, this would require weight bearing on flats of hands, which my wrists really donât like these days! These blocks are perfect and a great addition to my yoga kit. The midnight blue colour is great too. Wonât show up the dirt 🙂
