Exactly what I needed
I needed something more than just a foam roller for back pain relief. These are perfect for what I needed. The size options make it to where I can reach a deeper stretch if I need to. When I first used these, I was able to stretch areas I didn’t even know needed to be stretched and the relief felt was wonderful. If you feel you need to crack your back, these will fit your needs. The bands that came with are quality material and very helpful to reach a good, deep stretch as well. Yogis, you want these and won’ regret this purchase. Non-Yogis, same statement. 😉

A real gift for anyone with back pain! Keep using it!
I was lucky to have bought a three-piece set because each sizes did great job and surprised me deeply.The large one is very effective in stretching the back muscles. The first time I used it, my back was sore and pain. It was like going to physiotherapy, but when I got up, my back feels brand new and the whole person was very relaxed.The smallest was much sturdier than any foam roller. It focuses on my deep tissues and also stretches my neck. I take it to the office to support my back on the back of a chair to adjust my sitting position. All I can say is that was really helpful and took the stress off my back and made my back less prone to tiring. It’s a real gift for someone who spends a lot of time facing the computer. Really worth a try.

Super sturdy
Very sturdy. I was worried these would be flimsy and break but they donât bend at all. Listing said it could hold more than 300lbs and I believe it. Great product for the price and they store easily. My only complaint is the width of the rings. I wish they were either a tiny bit narrower or a tiny bit wider. The way they are now they did specifically into my shoulder blades when I use it. A 1/4 inch in either direction would help with that. Otherwise, itâs been great for my back pain

Best back cracker!!!
I rarely write reviews but I had to get on here and write about this wonderful product. I suffer from chronic back pain and Iâve had a hard time getting into see a chiropractor. When I got home from work today, I was in so much pain and the product had arrived. I immediately opened it and used the two large wheels and got somewhat relief. Then I used the smallest wheel and my whole back cracked and I was instantly out of pain. I was functional and could interact with my children. I did use it a few more times and felt more and more relief every time.

These are amazing. I use it every morning and every night before bed. I have just started incorporating yoga as well. Love these. my back pain has such relief, they feel amazing and they are very stable/sturdy. Color matches and the sizes are perfect.

I’m over 300 lbs and these seem sturdy. I mostly use the 2 larger wheels. I haven’t figured out the smallest. They really help me get deep stretches on my back. Using these does require balance and some lower body strength to propel my weight back and forth on the wheels, but it’s worth it!

These work just as advertised. The 3 sizes help to get the different spots on my back. Downside is they are a little hard, there is not much cushion so it can hurt a little.
