Works Well in the Washer and Dryer!
When I first opened this package, I could actually **smell** the scent on these socks. These socks have a wonderful, fragrant scent to them. When I tried these socks on (see photo), I was at first a little surprised at how tight these were before I remembered that these were created specifically for activities like Pilates and yoga.Personally, I donât know anyone who hand washes socks. Or anything else for that matter. I just have so much to do that I canât be bothered with it; non-working time is a luxury for me. The directions included in this box, however, states that you should hand wash these socks (see photo). The directions donât specifically state âdo not use a dryerâ but it says that you shouldnât dry clean themâsame thing.Unfortunately, I donât often follow directions, not because I donât want to, but because I canât always reasonably follow them. So, I threw the socks into my washing machine using my regular-wash cold cycle along with several of my other clothes. After washing, the socks came out fine. Not only were the grip beads undamaged, but they retained their aromatherapy smell.I almost never line-dry itemsâitâs just too convenient for me to throw them in the dryer. On the bottom of the socks, small beads of silicone are included to prevent the wearer from slipping on the floor. I use silicone in my kitchen a lot and itâs known for working in the oven without melting. So, even though the silicone on these socks are most likely made from a different material that the kitchen products are made from AND the directions told me not to, I put my newly-washed socks in the dryer anyways. However, I decided to put a single pair in the dryer by themselves in the event that it ended up catastrophically. After ten minutes, the socks were dry (I have a really hot dryer). I didnât have any problems with either the silicone melting or the socks becoming too tight. In fact, even the aromatherapy smell remained!If youâre anything like me (no hand washing and no line drying) and throw everything in the washer and dryer, then these socks are definitely going to work for you. I highly recommend them!

Bought for Pilates and they work great
I bought these for Pilates and they work great for this intended purpose. They also can be used for aromatherapy and have a scent when the product was received. This has diminished and the smell is no longer there really for the pairs I have used. It doesnât effect my purpose of them but if your intention is aromatherapy then itâs something to consider.

Socks that stay put!
These socks are wonderful. The package says aromatherapy socks, but really, who goes around smelling feet, unless they’re weird. They do have a slight scent but who knows how long that will last. That’s not what I got them for. I needed non slip socks and I’m not talking about just the bottoms of the the socks on bare floors, although these are definately grippy and wonderful in that department. I’m talking about the fit in your shoe. I hate slipping socks, especially when it’s boot weather there’s nothing worse than having to excuse yourself to the ladies room at work just to fix your slouchy, slippy, socks. I know these socks say they are for pilates and yoga, which I do, but I got them specifically for wear with my shorter Doc Marten and Born booties. A nice comfy bootie experience can be ruined by wearing cheap slippy socks. In warmer weather I only wear ankle socks with my Brooks running shoes but when sweater weather arrives, the booties and tall boots come out. I wear my ankle socks with the tall boots but I needed something that was both warmer than knee high stockings and stayed put better than discount store socks for wearing with my shorter booties because I don’t like the way the booties rub against my legs at the cuff points. These socks are perfect! They stay put with absolutely no slipping and they cover my leg a few inches past the tops of my booties for leg comfort as well. The cotton, polyester, and nylon blend has good stretch and warmth but it also holds well and stays put around my leg without binding and leaving rub marks.I have worn pairs of these socks for the last several days and I am very pleased with their fit, feel, and performance. They are definately worth the asking price.

Non-Slip, Doesn’t fall down & Aromatherapy Yeah!
I was pretty excited when these came in! As you can see this 6 pack of socks came in all cute rolled up in a box. It is winter now and I needed to start wearing socks to keep my feet warm. We have hardwood floors and tile throughout the house so with regular socks I worried about slipping.The grips on the bottom of these socks are really good. They are like a rubber feel to them and while wearing them I felt like they gripped the floor and I would not slip. I wanted to also note that the rubber does not hurt your feel like some of the harder material other sock makers use. My feet are very sensitive to anything that feels different, probably from walking barefoot all the time when I’m home.The socks themselves are tight when you put the on. No matter what I did through the day they never slipped down. My pups were the first to notice the smell. I’m not sure what they use in the socks but it is a light smell not overbearing and it says the aromtherapy feature helps to keep odor down so yay! The box comes with instructions on how to wash the socks to keep them in good condition and the benifit features of the aromtherapy. I have owned socks like this in the past and I realize they have to be washed differently then regular laundry. There are 6 pair so it will be easy to keep up with the special washing/drying and not run out! Overall I am so happy with these socks!
