Useful set of home PT exercise equipment
This is a review of âZmarthumb 5 in 1 Foam Roller Set, Trigger Point Back Roller, Muscle Roller Stick, Massage Ball, Massage Roller, Resistance Band for Deep Tissue Massage Fitness Exercise Yoga Pilates(Black)â. Iâm including the item name to make any future review hijacking more obvious.The main draw of this set of home PT exercise equipment is that you receive several different items and a bag to keep them organized for less than what youâd have paid for those items separately. Given that you really could save a bit of money by buying those items together, Iâll agree that this bundle has a purpose for existing and will be a good purchase for some people.The resistance band is just an utterly ordinary rubber band that isnât made of the same type of material as the other resistance bands I have. And the foam roller sacrificed too much length in the name of portability. But I like the other items well enough.As of the time of review in early November 2024, this bundle is somewhat over $35. This strikes me as just a bit too high even considering that itâs a bundle, so Iâve adjusted my rating accordingly. I hope itâs dropped a bit by the time youâre reading this.

All the pieces are made very well and work as they should. I like that a storage bag is included to keep everything together when not in use. The material is really easy to clean off if you get it sweaty or dirty. I’m able to get in deep and I get that nice release, preparing my muscles for my next workout or target built up tension.

Great foam roller that works well for travel
I wanted a new thumb roller to take in my many Van life adventures. This foam roller is smaller than the other ones Iâve used, so itâs very easy to pack for travelItâs right in the medium soft range so it provides some pressure but not too much that causes any pain.

This set works well for people with body pain. The pieces seem very sturdy so far. I like that it comes as a set. Rolls well.

The foam is very hard!
I ordered this 5 in 1 foam roller set for my husband because he gets sore muscles frequently due to his job. He didn’t like the big roller or the massage ball. He said they were very hard & that they hurt his back.He really likes the roller stick & uses it a lot. I use the exercise band daily. The rollers are very easy to clean & the set comes in a nice carry bag. Overall, this is a nice set but I feel the large foam roller would be more effective if it was a bit softer.

Decent set of therapy tools
This is a decent set of therapy tools, most notably the foam roller. The items are nothing special but get the job done. If you’re only looking for a foam roller though, there’s other options that are probably better. However if you find all the different items useful, and then is a decent set.
