A valuable exercise option for seniors
My wife and I are seniors who do yoga together, but my doctor advised me to also strengthen my core. We already had the resistance bands, and there are exercises you can do in which one end is held in place by the opposite hand or arm or foot, or by a partner. But compared to all those options, these things donât move at all and come with everything you need to mount them securely whether itâs in wallboard or straight into a wood stud. Strengthening my core will take a while to accomplish, but these anchors are essential.

just find a spot where you would have a double joist.
a place like a door frame or between two windows. otherwise the spacing between the bolt holes will be too wide.

Not for outdoor use
I was hoping to use these hooks to set up an area to use my trx and resistance bands outside on our deck. I was hoping to attach them to our garden shed.
Unfortunately, when they arrived the black paint coating was already chipping off of two of the leaving the steel underneath exposed. I knew these hooks would rust if I installed them outside like this, exposed to the elements. These hooks would be fine for an indoor or garage gym, but not outdoor use.
Otherwise, these hooks feel quite heavy and rugged (save for the finish) and I like that they have both an open hook to just slide your band on or a closed loop to attach a carabiner to. The edges are squared off and a bit sharp, so they may be hard on your bands in the long term.
The only other issue I see is that the dimensions of the base plate make it impossible to screw into a stud with all four screws. As these hooks are meant to withstand lots of pulling force and the weight of your body, this seems like a design flaw. Obviously you can use wall anchors with the other two screws and hope for the best, but I would be wary of that.

Works well.
They are very sturdy and work well. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the fact that the edges cause me concern when putting rubber tube-style bands in the hooks. It seems like they might cause some unnecessary wear and tear.
Otherwise, a very good product.

Very nice
Solid hardware, simple to attach and they aren’t going anywhere. Very nice anchors.

Nice and Solid
These are very well made anchors for resistance band training. I have a number of different items that can be secured to these either by catching a loop on to the two hooks of each anchor, or by attaching a carabiner to the big center loop.
The metal appears to be strong and was well made, as well as well finished with something strong and smooth. Hardware is included, so have what you need on hand to mount them.
This is a pack of three and I plan to put a long board on the wall to use as a foundation for my various exercises and put them at different heights so I can adjust when needed.
Iâm very pleased with these!
