Game changer!My trainer recommended me this product. He always encourages GYM goers to use squat wedge with the right angle and he is delighted with the result. I bought it right away following his recommendation. These blocks are well made with different angle (20 and 40degree) which is essentially for weightlifters. Additionally, I had pain on my wrist, and it started to improve after I start stretching using this block. These blocks are even bigger in size compared to the tiny cork squat wedges out in the market.I highly recommend this product!!!

Comfortable, compact and lightweight!These cork wedge are made of high-quality dense cork. They are very durable and they donât slip when I do squat even in hard wood and concrete floors. They are bigger than the regular squat wedges but still compact and easy to fit into any GYM bag.

Very stable and solid Squat wedge
It is stable and non-sleep , about 2 inches bigger than the usual portable wedges and gives me enough support during my weightlifting . Love it !

My favorite light weight but Strong wedges
I was very impressed of the firmness of the wedge blocks, the material is exceptional they are non-slip even on hard floor, not cheap at all. I also love the yoga band. Great product for a great price.
