   A little tight
   They are tight, it could also be my toes, they are a little chunky and my feet always have been a little special. They can be wear with any close shoe and give extra support in the forefoot. The padding is think but comfortable and it feels a good grip. I recommend iut to wash it by hand, because they may get ruined in the washing machine. Overall they fit me small, (I think they should say they may run small for wide feet and toes), but they are simple and could be a one/three times use not sure if the will last longer.

   Great Idea, But…
   I have tried to wear these with 5 different pairs of shoes so far and I haven’t found a pair yet that the top doesn’t peek through with enough material that it’s uncomfortable to merely shove back down into the shoe.Consider your shoe shapes and such before you buy.
