Game changers for yoga
Over the last few years, Iâve had several falls on my knees and itâs made it very difficult for me to kitten to certain positions while Iâm doing yoga. One day I saw lady in my class and she had a pair of these and I asked her where she got them and she gave me the link on Amazon, I canât say how thrilled I am with these. The cushion is absolutely perfect and itâs saved my yoga game their high-quality. Iâve had mine for months. They have not lost their cushion. Iâm constantly getting asked during my classes where I got mine highly recommend they really do protect your knees , you can also use them on the lower part of your back to give more support

Love love love! I have bone spurs on my knee and even padded mats put to much pressure from body weight between the spurt and the thin skin of my knee. These are so wonderful! I have a pair for home, I use them to work about the house when I have to get on the floor to clean and organize, and a pair for the gym doing knee pushups, lunges with knee down, anything where I contact the floor. Super soft yet supportive.
