Great instructional posters
My doctor suggested to take up yoga and after incorporating the block into our yoga routine we wanted more options on how to use it. These posters are perfect to show us every possible pose we can try now. They are large posters and easy to see and decipher what exercise to use.

Helpful reference for home workouts
I am super new to yoga and stretching. I didn’t exercise as a kid, and now as an adult I am mostly running. I got these to help me work more on my core and flexibility. They are exactly what I needed! They are poster sized, and come laminated but they are not super thin. I was expecting paper with a laminated sheet on it. These are like cardstock poster sheets with a thick lamination layer on them. You can roll and unroll them a dozen times and won’t get a crinkle on them at all. Somehow, they are still really flexible. I don’t have the wall space to keep these up, so I unroll them on the floor next to my mat and weigh them down with whatever kids toys are closet. When I am done, I roll them back up and put them away in the center of my yoga mat.The pictures are large and clear. They highlight the area of the body that particular action is going to work. They are also grouped by body area or type of movement making it easy to find an exercise or movement that fits your goal. Actions are clearly explained in basic terms. I have no issues figuring out what to do, even with almost no yoga experience.

Every yoga body needs these!
As someone who is new to yoga, I really appreciate having these basic poses on a poster like this. I don’t always have time to find my yoga videos online and in the past, used this as an excuse to skip my daily yoga altogether. Having these poses front and center means all I have to do is roll out of bed, unroll my mat and i’m good to go! They are easy to discern and execute, the photos are just the right size and it’s helping me learn the poses and commit them to memory. The posters are big, which I like, and laminated, so no danger of damage. I think these are a brilliant idea and whether you’re a novice or not, I think everyone can benefit from these. Namaste!

Great for a yoga room
These are great, sized well, and laminated, but there is one downside. They are double-sided, so if you choose to place these on your wall, you should consider alternate mounting options such as velcro so you can easily rotate them without losing the opposite side.5 stars, a great price.

Great Value
Great value because the posters are actually double sided so you get more than you expect. The only issue is that if you want to take advantage of this, you can no longer hang them as a poster. If that is the case, then what is the point of making them double sided? Weird. Other than that, the positions are clear to see/read and easy enough to follow. No issues with product.

Two-sided posters
These yoga and warm-up posters are laminated and sturdy and have a variety of exercises and poses to guide you. However I intended to post these on a wall and realized they are two sided! Posters shouldn’t be two sided because there is no way to post both sides!

Laminated Workout Posters – comes in handy in my home gym
After pinning these posters up with thumb tacks, they lay flat on my wall and are easy to reference during my workouts at home. Great idea and definitely appreciated. I highly recommended.

Lots of options!
I didn’t realize each poster was double-sided, so I got twice as much as I expected. I’ve been thinking about trying yoga for a long time, so I’m looking forward to getting my feet wet with the plethora of yoga poses these posters offer. In addition, at 55, I know how important flexibility is to us as we age. (I’m about as flexible as a concrete post right now.) The stretches described on one side will be very helpful. I’ll probably start with them. I was also happy to see the resistance-band exercises, as I have a set of bands I’ve never used. Hopefully, these posters will get me in gear.
