    Great for stretching and balance exercises
    These wedge blacks are great to stretch my wrists and my ankles. When I use it for my wrist I put the wedges on the edge of a table. It works great to get more flexibility in my wrists. When I use the wedges to stretch my ankles it also works on my balance. I can also use these to stretch my back muscles by putting the low side of the wedges against the wall, stand on them and then bring my arms above my head trying to touch the wall with my hands keeping my shoulders against the wall. Great to take with me when traveling.
