Great fun for wide range of ages
I got this for my sonâs birthday party and all the kids loved it. We had ages 3-8, and all of them had a blast! Even a few of the adults joined in. 10/10 would recommend it for a group activity or even just for at home. We will get lots of use out of it at home on days we canât go outside and need an outlet.

A good plaything
I got these to encourage physically active play outside. Since they seem to enjoy balancing on every curb we come across I thought this might be handy. My almost 5yo daughter helped me unbox it. (1st picture) She was extremely excited. I showed her how they hook together and turned her loose. The 2nd photo was what she made up within the first five minutes.I like that they are simple enough even for my two year old to figure out how to hook them together. They are safely stable on concrete. (They havenât put them on grass yet). They seem to be nothing more than thick, molded plastic, so I have no idea how long they will last outside. Also, they seem to be able to carry the weight of my children just fine, but they are both less than 50lbs. They are NOT strong enough for an adult to play with their children. The only real downside: the squeaker in the turtle pieces have to be assembled. And both my kids QUICKLY figured out how to un-assemble them. The squeaker itself and the plastic cover/button were lost and/or appropriated for other functions. Also, the non-slip fitting on these pieces are small little feet you have to install yourself. Because of how quickly the kids disassemble the squeaking mechanism I opted NOT to use them as they are small enough to be a potential choking risk (3rd picture) As mine are being used outside on rough surfaces I donât think it will matter much.Over all, my kids seem to enjoy both building âroadsâ and walking on or jumping over them. Time will tell how long they remain able to occupy my kids. The colors are very vibrant and they seem solid enough to be safe for the age group they are intended for. There are also cards and a spinner for some sort of game, though my kids seem happy enough to play without that for now.I would recommend them, so long as you donât expect them to be more than they are intended to be.

Fun toy
My kids love this. They enjoy using this to stay off the floor as they pretend the floor is lava. I like it because it helps them with their balance and creativity.

Fun toy for kids to practice balance, coordination and meet sensory needs
These are amazing! They are a huge hit with my kids of various ages and meet sensory needs plus balance and coordination. There are 3 beams of each color (red, yellow, green, blue) and 1 turtle of each color. The turtle head comes with a squeaker that is such a fun extra. The pieces fit together with overhanging plastic hook pieces that slide into the openings on the other side. The turtles have 6 openings so that you can make angles if doing the obstacle course. The turtles are cute and the heads with the squeakers are easy to assemble (literally just put the squeaker inside and clip the head down on top).Pros:Can hold up to 300 lbs (I’m not sure they can, but as someone who is over 200lbs I can say they held me fine.)Colors are brightPieces are a strong plastic and can hold up to a dog chewing on it should they hear the squeaker and decide the toy is theirs.Comes with enough pieces to form multiple different obstacle courses or enjoy the other games easily with more than 2 children.3 possible games (obstacle course, spinner game, riddles (there are 2 cards for each color that have a riddle where the answer would be that color))Can remove the squeaker if desiredCons:The pieces only loosely connect so when walking across them they can rock a bit so that they come undone (so if you step on the first section of a pieces, the other end raises up just a bit making it come undone from the other piece). This isn’t a big deal because it doesn’t move far and doesn’t cause you to fall or lose balance.

Good, sturdy plastic
I got this set for my active 2 year old grandson to use. It is a good quality, sturdy plastic set. Each turtle head has a squeaker button on top of the head for making sounds, but the squeaker part needs to be inserted during the first assembly prior to use. The pieces fit together securely due to connecting slots in each piece. We focused only on balancing and have not yet played the potential activities included.

Fun floor action.
I got this for my 2.5 year old who loves to jump and climb on everything. This provides a really fun path with safe falling distances. The colors of the turtles are vibrant. Theyâre big enough he can easily stand on them and are sturdy. Made of strong plastic. We have loved setting up obstacle courses for him to play on. I appreciate theyâre stackable for easy storage. So many ways to play whether using the flat square parts to make a balance beam or separating the turtles to play the floor is lava. In terms of age, 2-5 is probably the sweet spot, but my six and eight year old also enjoy playing on them. For reference, the eight year old is 60 lbs and these old the weight.

Hard plastic, not foam like many others. Can clip together for stablity.
These stepping “stones” are made of hard plastic, not foam rubber that most others are. There is a little assembly required, but it’s easy and no tools are required. The “squeaker” need to be placed on the turtles head, and then the top of the turtles head put on that (see my pictures), also the little rubber feet need to be put on the bottom of all the pieces to prevent them from sliding on hard flooring. I had a little problem with that part with my 2 year old grandson wanting to pull the rubber feet off and throwing them, so I had to glue them in to prevent him from doing that. The turtle’s head is easy to make squeak, after you assembled it. All the blocks can link together in a straight line, or a square; which makes the whole thing more stable. They also stack up nicely for storage. For kids a little older, it comes with a spinner and some cards, so you can make a game out of it.
