Compact and travel friendly
This resistance bands set is pretty good. The five color-coded bands with resistance levels from 10 lbs to 50 lbs, and up to 150 lbs combined. Theyâre versatile for various exercises, are very compact, and each 48-inch band offers ample range of motion. This set comes with a carrying case and is easy to transport and store, and the durable materials should provide longevity. One thing to note is due to the nature of rubber bands, the ‘weight’ or effect required to stretch them is not linear, but it is better than other sets i have tried in the past. Additionally, if you are really short or tall your experience may vary as they don’t appear to be adjustableOverall, it’s a great ‘on the go’ fitness tool!

Easy to Store and Perfect for Physical Therapy
I have intermittent trouble with my shoulder, and I was needing something to continue my physical therapy. This is my first experience with tension bands. I did not know what to expect. The bands are stretchy rubber tubes with carabiners anchored at each end. Each different colored band has a different resistance, ranging from extra light with a yellow band to extra heavy with the black band The ankle straps, foam handles, and door anchor worked well when I tested them, and the set is easily stowed in its included bag. My home has limited storage, and these are much easier to store than barbells, which is a big plus for my situation. Lastly, the set came packaged in an attractive box which is a bonus if giving this as a gift.Overall, the set is a decent value, and I think the bands will work well for my purposes. The set is nice enough that I would also consider purchasing additional sets for my family.
