    Nice posters, but pretty big. I could wallpaper a chunk my home gym with them. I’m going to see how much it would cost to get them laminated and pop holes in the top to hang together on wall hooks. That way, we can put the one we want on top, and leave the muscle one on top (it’s the best looking, I think).

    Excellent, Informative, and Useful
    These products are phenomenally useful. The design is well thought of where both sides of the posters have the same information where one side is in a vertical format while the other side is in a horizontal format. I am also a registered nurse and find these posters extremely useful in understanding body parts and the pictures provide an excellent grasp of body mechanics, workout form, and positioning.

    Put these in my home gym… Makes it easier to develop and chart a routine with the illustrations and names of the workouts. Also helped when focusing on muscle groups and the variety shakes things up a bit.

    These posters are printed on heavy paper, have high quality diagrams and are easy to understand. They are printed on both sides. Each side has the same exercises, one for vertical and the other for horizontal mounting.The exercises are divided by body region making it easy to start quickly with that day’s schedule.
