Perfect! Isnât it wonderful when you get exactly what youâre looking for? I broke my ankle last year and a bone in my foot for good measure and have been seeking a way to incorporate more body movement into my day without being on my feet. This book is absolutely perfect! It is so well written, well organised, clear and concise. Iâm still struggling with mobility sometimes and I honestly think that Chair Yoga is the right way forward to help me strengthen the rest of my body and improve flexibility without having to bear weight. I feel that exercise also benefits my mental health too so Iâm super happy to have found chair yoga to assist with that. I love the way the book is written to give you incremental increases that you can work at your own pace. Safety is always paramount so everything is very clearly explained.I would unhesitatingly recommend this book to anyone and everyone who has even slightly compromised mobility for whatever reason. This book is a credit to the author, a lot of work has gone into this book . Itâs easy to read and understand , diagrams and instructions are super easy to follow .I recently had hip replacement surgery, and have found it hard to return to doing things I used to love , simple things like housework , gardening, this book has helped me greatly in starting to get movement back into my body to improve my mobility.
